Denise Dixon has nearly 20 years of event planning and marketing experiences. She has provided service to large and small companies including Grace Foods, Digicel, EDM Sales, Irie Jam Media Group (NYC), VP Records, Universoul Circus, SugarCane Restaurant (Orlando) and Coral Cliff Resort and Casino (Jamaica). Over her tenure, she has adopted and enhanced the production of countless events throughout the US and the Caribbean—The Jamaican Jerk Festival, BRT Weekend, Irie Jamboree, DC World Reggae Festival, Culture Fest (DC), Carifesta (DC), the Chicago Jerk Festival, the Baltimore Carnival… to name a few.
Denise also has a recognizable philanthropic spirit. She is drawn to aiding vulnerable populations in the US as well as Jamaica. She is committed to visiting and collecting donations for an orphanage in Jamaica, Robin’s Nest. Moreover, she is a board member of the Irie Buttterfly Foundation, a New York based organization with a mission to educating, inspiring, and entertaining children through Caribbean culture.
